Endeavour Accounting is a family-owned and operated business managed by Lorien Renslow Hess. We are located in the North End neighborhood of beautiful Tacoma, Washington and are dedicated to providing the best service possible for all of our clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Here at Endeavour Accounting, we focus on providing affordable and individualized solutions to our clients. We do our best to understand the needs of our clients and to fulfill them in a friendly and professional manner.

Lorien has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Washington. She also meets the educational and employment requirements needed to sit for the Washington State CPA exam and will be doing so within the next few months. Lorien has gained extensive knowledge from working in both public and private accounting, in a wide variety of industries, for the last 13 years. She is experienced in governmental, non-profit, corporate, small-business, and public accounting, as well as money management and budgeting for individuals. She has also had exposure to many industries, some of which include law, automotive, manufacturing, construction, personal services, retail sales, medicine, real estate, and food services. Lorien is committed to assisting individuals and small-business owners with all the financial aspects of their lives and businesses, including bookkeeping, payroll, all types of taxes, debt management, and profitability and cost analysis. She lives in North Tacoma with her wonderful husband and their dog, and she supports local businesses and charities whenever possible.
